In Gemini season we received so much NEW. The flood of information may have been overwhelming, exciting, inspiring, and taken you completely sideways. Did you receive information that shocked you? That pleasantly surprised you? Something that shifted the course a bit in a way that feels fun, expansive… expanding your world with others. Honestly, there was so much magic.

As the Sun moves into Cancerian Wisdom, we experience it’s full strength and radiance. Which you would normally consider as fire and speed… but that’s not the truth of the beginning of Summer. Cancer initiates us into emotional depth, connection, softness, safety and the vastness of FEELING.

Our ability to be within the senses as well as sensing, knowing, intuiting all become heightened with our Lunar ruled mother archetype. Cancer represents the point within the journey in which we are cared for. We explore heart. Nourishment, though not in the way the Bull, our Taurus archetype, teaches us. This is the divine feminine. Through this doorway we are able to receive information, or intuit, on our needs, how our spaces influence our ability to feel that we are receiving what we need, and our relationship to receiving in general. Cancer represents the nonlinear waters of relationships and family, ancestry and connections that are futureproof; withstanding the tests of time.

As a Cardinal sign which brings us into Summer, we enter an emotional intiation. Cancer, as each sign, has a role and medicine that is unique to provide us. And this medicine is that feeling of being thrown into the water to see how you feel. Cardinal signs initiate us and plunge us into new arenas; so now we swim into the depth of emotional intelligence. Expression. Emotional connection. Feeling spaces.
